Where we ship

All 50 US states, and Canada. We don't ship anywhere else at the moment.

Rates and delivery times

United States

Standard, 3–7 business days — $5.95
Expedited, 2–3 business days — $12.95
FREE standard shipping on orders over $50

Canada

Standard, 7–14 business days — $14.95

Processing time

We pack and hand orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days. The delivery estimates above start from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or US federal holiday, are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking number by email once your parcel ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Customs and duties on Canadian orders

Orders to Canada may attract import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by Canadian customs. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout. We have no control over them and cannot predict the amount.

Sales tax

US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applied where we are registered to collect it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot reroute it. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but a second shipping charge applies.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and building management first — that resolves most cases. If it's still missing 48 hours after the recorded delivery, email us and we'll open a carrier claim.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
