Ordering

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just saves your address for next time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped, we can change or cancel it. Once it's with the carrier, it has to go through the returns process instead.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping

How fast will I get my order?
Within the US, standard shipping is 3–7 business days and expedited is 2–3. Canadian orders take 7–14 business days. We pack and dispatch within 1–2 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

What does shipping cost?
US standard is $5.95, US expedited is $12.95, and standard shipping is free on US orders over $50. Canada is $14.95.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not at present. We ship to all 50 US states and to Canada only.

Will I pay customs charges on a Canadian order?
Possibly. Import duties and taxes are set by Canadian customs, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in the checkout price.

Products

How do I know which glove size to order?
Measure around your palm at the widest point, below the knuckles, and check the sizing chart on the product page. Between sizes? Go up.

Which resistance band should I start with?
Most beginners use the green (medium) band for upper body and the blue (heavy) for legs. The set gives you all five so you can move up as you get stronger.

Is a 1/4 inch mat thick enough?
For yoga, stretching, core work and general home training, yes. If you do a lot of kneeling work and want more padding, look at 1/2 inch and up — but you lose stability in standing poses.

Will the jump rope work on concrete?
It will, but it will wear out faster. Use it on a mat, tile, or hardwood if you can.

Are the resistance bands latex-free?
No — they're natural latex. If you have a latex allergy, don't order them. The exercise mat is latex-free.

Returns

What's your return window?
30 days from delivery, on unused items in original packaging with tags.

Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is accepted, we send you a return shipping label.

Can I return sale items?
No. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

How long do refunds take?
Within 10 business days of your return being approved, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Can I just post my return back to you?
Please don't. Contact us first — returns sent without being requested cannot be accepted.
